Struggling with course content? Our facilitators offer individual and group support sessions to help you grasp difficult concepts and stay on track with your programme.
Having trouble logging in, accessing materials, or using the student portal? Our technical support team will resolve your issue promptly.
Questions about your enrolment, certificate, payments, or documents? Our admin team handles all student records and official correspondence.

Email us at support@amasiko.co.za with your student number and registered email address. We will reset your password within one business day.
First ensure your fees are up to date β access is suspended for overdue accounts. If fees are paid, contact our technical support team.
Complete a deferral request form available from our admin office. Deferrals are subject to approval and must be submitted at least 10 business days before your programme start date.
Certificates are issued automatically upon successful completion and SETA verification. If you have not received yours within 8 weeks of completion, contact admin@amasiko.co.za.
